Team leader technical purchasing and work preparation (m/f/d)
Your tasks
You will be responsible for a team of currently four experienced employees in Purchasing (3) and Work Preparation (1), both professionally and in terms of personnel.
You and your team maintain supplier relationships with existing suppliers, establish new suppliers and conduct periodic price negotiations and are the contact person for the accounting department in matters of accounts payable management. Our suppliers are primarily regional and national.
You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the purchasing department. You and your team are responsible for the entire order processing, i.e. for the qualitatively and quantitatively correct as well as timely and cost-optimized procurement of production materials, goods and services, and capital goods. You monitor and clarify deadlines and technical issues of the projects internally (sales, engineering, work preparation, production) and externally (suppliers). In addition, you and your team are responsible for the purchasing-specific system master data and its maintenance. You will also be involved in the day-to-day operations of the work preparation department and will be responsible for replacing employees in the event of vacation or illness.
In addition, as a team leader, you will be responsible for achieving the goals of the department and the individual employees, as well as for optimizing purchasing processes and adhering to procurement procedures. You will prepare evaluations and statistics according to the requirements of the management and you will be the contact person for the American parent company on topics related to supply chain management.

Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkt
Normgerechte Erstellung von Zeichnungen bzw. Ableitungen
Modellierung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen im 3D-CAD System Solid Works
Änderungskonstruktion vorhandener Bauteile/Baugruppen
Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Fertigungsunterlagen und Stücklisten
Zusatzaufgaben als Konstrukteur:
Eigenständige Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Konzepterstellung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen für unsere Anlagen
Entwicklung von Neukonstruktionen und Durchführung von Versuchen
Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Kundendienst in technischen Fragen
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder ähnliche technische Qualifikation (z.B. Techniker)
Alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum technischen Zeichner oder ähnliche Qualifikation mit mehreren Jahren Be-rufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
Erfahrungen im Anlagenbau/Blechverarbeitung wünschenswert.
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Software (bevorzugt SolidWorks)

Order-related circuit diagram creation
Design and further development of control cabinets according to current regulations
Implementation of risk analyses in appropriate circuit technology
