Cleaning system CLEAN
The fully automatic cleaning for all production systems
The cleaning system can be used as a central unit for several production systems. All production systems can also be retrofitted with this system.
Advantages
Efficiency
Inside the production system the cleaning sequence is fully automatic so that time-consuming manual work is reduced to a minimum. The dispensing time and the rinsing time can be controlled separately and individually adapted to each area of the equipment.
Maximum hygiene
The system can be cleaned with either cleaning agents or disinfectants. The cleaning sequence is performed and monitored by the system controls.
Easy operation
In order to perform the cleaning process, only the canister with the cleaning agent concentrate is placed below the cleaning equipment and the suction hose is inserted.

The cleaning equipment can be used as a central cleaning system for several production systems.

The clever solution for external access
The clever solution for external access to the control system. Customers can conveniently control their equipment from their office workstations or on the go. This option also lets customers create direct access for our service technicians and technical consultants.
Features
The Maurer-Atmos production systems can be monitored externally via smartphones and tablets with a remote control app. This app is the perfect complement to our TITAN 2 PC software and also helps our technicians and food technologists to provide online support. Maurer-Atmos recommends the app from “TeamViewer”.
Instruction
After installing the TeamViewer app on their own mobile device, customers can connect to their company’s Windows PC via the internet. The customer then has an immediate overview of the Maurer-Atmos production systems through the TITAN 2 PC software.
