Drying almost always plays a role when manufacturing products. The unique air circulation of the Maurer-Atmos systems guarantees the best and well-balanced results in drying processes.
For a value-adding process – especially in the production of dry pet food or dried fruits, for example – customers are well advised to use Maurer-Atmos technology.

The simplest and most widely used method of producing food (meat & fish, fruit & vegetables) and pet food (kibbles, chews) with long shelf life and for storage without refrigeration is dehydrating, nowadays colloquially referred to as drying.

The Maurer-Atmos drying process is ideal for final products, which need to meet a high and precise quality standard, including features such as: particle size distribution, residual moisture, product quality, and taste.
